A Study on the Global management strategy of Chang Po-go through the Innovative Minds

Korea is caught in a nutcracker between low-cost China and high-tech Japan in Northeast Asia which had played an important role in economic and social development. In the environment, the innovative actives of Chang po-go who was the innovator of the commercial power in East Asia, give many implication to the international trade. He is oriented toward a maritime country not Peninsula, processing trade beyond intermediary trade, social reform and enlarged to cultural items. The paper aims to analyse the global management strategy through examining the innovator of Chang po-go. First, he manifested a full of grip on the Northeastern seas having his headquarter on Chunghajin in Wando island, networking China and Japan. Second, he has entrepreneurial spirit that his maritime actives were not just trade but they were comprised of various commercial actives through combing military, manufacturing and commerce. Third, He was confident that core competence was important to be more competition else rivals. Chang po-go presented a new model of trade and business for various field as innovator. Among the international order revamping process, it is essential for individual, company, nation to form the innovational initiative, which is well adjusted with interest and comprehension.
