환경 및 커뮤니티를 고려한 부산시 물류시설 운영 개선방안

Improvement Plan on the Management of Logistics Facilities in Busan City by Applying Green & Community Concept

본 연구는 부산시 물류시설의 현황 및 실태를 파악하고, 위계정립이 미흡한 채 관리되고 있는 물류시설을 재 유형화한 후, 이를 바탕으로 환경 및 커뮤니티를 고려한 효율적인 부산시 물류시설의 운영 개선방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 적용을 위한 물류시설은 입지특성에 따라 기존 법적구분의 시설을 국제거점에서 단말거점으로 보다 세분화한 후 물류시설내/외와 기존/신규시설로 구분하였다. 또한 물류공간을 구성하는 물류시설(Node)과 연계(Link)로 나누어 물류시설을 중심으로 환경 및 커뮤니티를 고려한 운영 개선방안을 제시하였다. 부산시의 물류시설은 크게 국제(광역), 지역, 도시, 지구차원의 일반 물류거점, 중계거점, 민간주도의 대형유통시설, 화물자동차 차고지와 휴게소로 세분화해 운영 개선방안을 제시하였다. 이 구분체계에 따라 앞서 언급한 물류시설의 총체적, 물류시설내/외 등으로 구분 제시한 구체적인 운영 개선방안을 적용해 검토하였다. 본 연구는 위계정립이 미흡한 물류시설을 재 유형화하고, 환경 및 커뮤니티를 고려한 물류시설 운영 개선방안을 새롭게 제시한 것으로 향후 보다 구체적인 영항요소를 개발해 적용할 시 국가 및 지역물류기본계획 등에 폭넓게 반영될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

This study suggests an improvement plan on the effective management of logistics facilities in Busan city by applying friendly-green & friendly-community concept after firstly analyzing of actual state and the utilization of logistics facilities, and categorization of logistics facilities that was improperly managed it in Busan city. The logistics facilities for applying was subdivided from international base to terminal base with facilities of the existing legal division according to locational characteri stics, and the existing facilities and the new facilities were also divided. Also, it suggested friendly-environmental management improvement plan after the logistics facilities(Node) and linkage(Link) that was composed of logistics spaces was separated. Based on this research results that was performed by this approaching way, we have to take with interest for it when looking management system of logistics facilities in Busan city, the diversification of proper category classification and management plan need, and it emphasize that the consideration for the environment and the local community at that time should be considered as necessary factors. Also, we expect to achieve an alternative suggestive review with realistic point through enough reflection of this hypothesis.
