규모 및 업체수에 따른 냉장냉동 창고의 변화 분석

Analysis of Change of the National Cold and Frozen Storage Warehouse with The Size and Number

본 연구에서는 최근 관심이 고조되고 있는 식품 유통의 중추적인 역할을 하는 냉장냉동 창고의 변화에 대한 기초적인 분석을 하였다. 분석의 내용은 업체수 및 규모를 중심으로 진행 되었으며 지역별 세분화 및 상온창고와의 비교를 통해 연도별 변화를 분석하였다. 분석결과 주목할 만한 결과를 도출하였다. 냉장냉동 창고 업체수는 꾸준히 증가하였으며, 중간규모는 줄어들고 소규모, 대규모 업체가 증가하는 규모의 양극화 현상이 일어났다. 이를 증명하기 위해 1.000톤 이상의 대규모 업체와 1.000톤 이하의 소규모업체로 구분하여 2000년을 전후로 보관규모에 대한 평균김정(t-Test)를 실시하였으며, 유의한 결과를 도출하였다. 또한 냉장능력을 감안한 냉장냉동 창고의 증가지역은 경기, 부신 지역이었으며, 냉장 냉동 창고는 남부지방에 집중되어 있는 반면 상온 창고는 수도권에 집중되어 있었다. 업체수에 따른 지역별 비율은 일반상온 창고의 경우 서울지역은 감소하였으나 경기지역 및 인천지역 등 서울 인접지역의 증가가 뚜렷하고, 부산지역은 감소하였으나 그 인접지역인 경남지역이 증가세로 나타났다. 그에 반해 냉장냉동 창고의 지역별 비율은 큰 변동이 없었다.

Studies on cold and frozen storage warehouse compared to general room temperature storage have been insufficient so far, and basic studies and analysis were also mere. In this context, in this study, a basic analysis of changes of cold and frozen storage warehouse was conducted, which played an core role of food distribution whose interest was emerging recently. Contents of analysis were processed based on number and size of companies, and each annual change was analysed through comparison between regional segmentation and general room temperature storage. As a result of the analysis, important results were deducted. The number of cold and frozen storage warehouse makers continued to increase, and such a polarization occurred that medium companies decreased and small and large companies increased. The regions where refrigeration-embedded cold and frozen storage warehouse were increasing were Gyeonggi and Busan. Cold and frozen storage warehouse were concentrated in South districts while general room temperature storages were in metropolitan areas. In case of general room temperature storage, each regional ratio of Seoul decreased according to the number of makers while the adjacent regions of Seoul such as Gyeonggi, Incheon, etc showed an outstanding increase. On the contrary, the regional ratio of cold and frozen storage warehouses showed no change.
