물류조직에 따른 경영성과에 관한 연구

A Study on the Management Achievement Logistic Organization’s upon - Evidence from the Manufacturing -

물류활동을 효과적으로 추진하기 위해 물류를 전문적으로 관리 담당하는 조직이 필요하다. 기업내 물류관리 및 관련 업무를 수행하기 위해 책임과 권한을 체계화시킨 조직이며, 이 조직을 통해서 기업은 물류ㆍ활동의 효율화, 체계화, 통합화가 이루어지고 고객서비스 개선 및 경영활동의 고도화가 달성된다. 종래의 물류조직은 생산이나 판매부서에 종속되어 있어 지원부서의 역할만을 해왔다. 장기적으로 물류조직이 전문성있는 통합적이며 전사적인 조직으로 발전해야만 하는 것이다. 물류관리의 인식이 변함에 따라 이에 대응하는 조직구조도 발전하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 물류조직변수로서 물류조직구조, 물류비전략계획의 유무, 물류정보 시스템의 관리적 요인 등과 종속변수인 경영성과로서 물류비절감, 판매물류비영향을 얼마나 미치는가에 대하여 실증적으로 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 경영성과에 미치는 영항요인에 관하여 경영전략계획 유무와 경영전략계획수립 여부 등의 경영전략계획특성변수와 기업특성변수는 경영성과와 정(+)적인 관계가 있다. 경영전략계획을 기업차원에서 수립하고, 수립된 경영전략계획을 효율적으로 실행할 수 있는 물류조직의 공식화 정도가 높을수록 경영성과는 높은 것으로 볼수 있다.

To promote logistics activities effectively, Organization being in charge of managing-logistics specially is necessary. The organization systematizes responsibility and authority to conduct logistics management and related task in the enterprise, and the enterprise is realized efficiency, systematization, integration of logistics activities and achieves developed customer service improvement and management through the organization. Traditional logistics organization has only played a role of support department because the organization was subordinate to production or sales department. In the long term the logistics organization has to be developed to integrated and wide organization with professionalism. As recognition of logistics management is being changed, organization structure in response is being developed. So, this study has an object in empirically analyzing how much influence it has on logistics organization structure, whether strategic plan of logistics cost or not, administrative cause of logistics in formation, etc. as logistics organization variable and cost cutting of logistics, cost of sale as a dependent variable management performance. On the influence factors on management performance, management strategy character variable and enterprise character variable of whether management strategic plan and management strategic plan establishment or not have positive relationship with management performance. Establishing management strategic plan in the corporation level, we can see the higher degree of formulation of logistics organization being able to implement the established management strategic plan effectively, the higher management performance. Therefore, once this study is comprehensively analyzed by factors such as plan of logistics cost, logistics organization, management information, etc, we could conclude that logistics organization factor affect management performance.
