제3자 물류 활용요인과 효과에 대한 화주기업의 인식차이 연구

In the business world, increasing numbers of shippers are entering into long-term relationship with carefully selected third-party logistics providers. By joining forces, the partners improve the efficiency of both operations, work together to take costs out of the logistics system, mutually boost profitability and improve service to the end customer and the concept of logistics partnership has attracted great attention in the past several years. In Korea, many third-party logistics companies and shippers were entering the market. third-party logistics continuously increasing utilization of the merchant and the scale of the future market is expected to expand further. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of third-party logistics use and examine differences in perception of shippers by using Chi-Square Test and ANOVA. As a result, there are some distributions of differences with the scale of shippers and third-party logistics forms of cost savings. And Shippers and logistics companies in the logistics costs should be a lot of effort.
