An Empirical Study on the Financial Performance of Integrated Logistics Company Certification

This paper is an empirical study on the financial performance of integrated logistics company certification. We investigated how integrated logistics company certification with before and after will affect financial factor such as firm value, stability, profitability, growth potential, management efficiency. We never found significant results about stability, profitability. However, we found negative relation between certification and stability, profitability. The empirical results about growth potential, management efficiency showed that growth rate of sales after certification were down. In contrast growth rate of net profit grow increased. We could find no significant results about firm values, efficiency of investments, but after certification firm values of certification company somewhat increased. Additionally, about efficiency of investments we could find no significant results.
