본 연구는 교직헌신의 개념과 선행연구들을 바탕으로 특수교육 현장에서 직접 수업을 담당하고 있는 특수학교 교사 교직헌신의 하위요인을 탐색해 보고 이를 측정하기 위한 척도를 개발하여 그 타당성을 파악하기 위하여 실시되었다. 이를 위하여 서울, 경기, 광주, 부산, 대전, 인천, 충남, 충북, 경남 등의 국공립 및 사립 특수학교 교사 537명을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 자료 수집은 개방형 질문지, 집단면담, 설문지를 통해 이뤄졌으며 자료처리는 SPSS 18.0 for WIN, AMOS 20.0 등을 적용하여 탐색적 요인 분석, 상관분석 및 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 개발된 특수학교 교사의 교직헌신 척도는 학생헌신 13문항, 수업헌신 13문항, 직무헌신 11문항의 세 가지 하위요인, 총 37문항으로 구성되었다. 둘째, 개발된 척도는 특수학교 교사의 교직헌신을 측정할 수 있는 타당한 도구임을 입증하였다.
The purpose of this study was to develop of special school teacher commitment questionnaire. The participants for this study were 537 special school teachers in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Busan, Daejeon, Incheon, Chungnam, Chungbuk, and Gyeongnam. Data were collected from the open questionnaire, group interviews, and survey. Collected data were analyzed by using SPSS 18.0 for WIN, AMOS 20.0. The results of this study are as follows. 1st, those analyses resulted in the final questionnaire, which was composed of 37 questions measuring 3 components identified before, and 3 components were special school students, classroom activities, belief in duty of special school teacher. 2nd, the developed questionnaire comprised 37 items of 3 components: special school students 13 items, classroom activities 13 items, belief in duty of special school teacher 11 items. Last, the construct validity of this questionnaire was verified by confirmatory factor analysis, so the developed questionnaire was proven to be valid.
