The Information Platform Model of China Logistics Finance

중국 물류산업의 발전과 물류기업의 급증으로 인하여, 물류산업의 표준화와 시장논리가 심화됨에 따라 시장 경쟁이 점점 치열해지고 있다. 하지만 자금부족과 자금채널부족이라는 역경에 직면한 중국의 중소규모의 기업들은 공급사슬상에서 취약할 수밖에 없다. 하지만 현대 물류가 발전함에 따라 물류금융이 출현하게 되었다. 물류금융은 중소 규모의 기업들이 직면한 금융어려움을 해결해줄 수 있는 유용한 방안이며, 물류, 정보 그리고 자금의 흐름의 결합을 가능하도록 한다. 따라서 본 논문은 COSCO 물류기업의 물류금융 정보플랫폼모델을 토대로 물류금융의 현 상황과, 위험요인 그리고 발전방향을 분석하고자 한다. 그리고 이를 토대로 향후 비대칭 정보의 위험을 낮추고, 물류금융을 더욱 확산시킬 계획을 제시하고자 하였다.

With the rapid development of China logistics industry and the sky-rocket increase of logistics enterprises, it becomes the more standard and market-oriented and market competition grows increasingly fierce. Facing unfavorable situations such as shortage of funds and inadequate financing channels, Chinese medium-and small-sized enterprises take a vulnerable position in the supply chain. But as modern logistics develops, the logistics finance emerges. It is a good solution for financing difficulties facing medium and small sized enterprise and, it makes the combination of logistics, information flow and fund flow possible. In accordance with the logistics finance’s information platform model of COSCO LOGISTICS COMPANY, the thesis analyzes the current situation, existing risks and developmental orientation of logistics finance. On this basis, the thesis puts forward a plan to lower the risks of information asymmetry and to spread logistics finance better.
