한국 전자무역(e-Trade) 그린화의 문제점과 해결방안에 관한 연구

A Study on the Problems and Solutions to Greening of E-Trade in Korea

한국 정부는 전자무역을 촉진하기 위해 90년대부터 법ㆍ제도적 기반을 마련하고 전자시스템 개발에 많은 노력을 기울여 왔다. 이러한 노력의 결과로 uTradeHub는 세계 최초의 웹기반 전자무역플랫폼으로 평가받고 있으며 UNI-PASS는 전자통관시스템으로 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 한편, 전 세계가 환경을 고려한 경제활동에 주목하기 시작하면서 무역업무 역시 그린 IT에 바탕을 둔 무역활동으로 전개되고 있다. 그러므로 전자무역의 선도 국가인 우리나라도 전자무역에 그린 IT를 접목하는 전자무역의 그린화 방안을 모색해야 할 시점이라고 판단된다. 본 논문은 한국의 전자무역의 발전과정과 현황을 다루고 전자무역의 그린화 관점에서의 문제점과 해결방안을 제시하여 전자무역의 효율성 제고에 기여하는 것이 그 연구목적이다.

The Korean government has endeavored to establish legal basis and to develop electronic trade system in Korea since 1990s. As the product of these efforts, uTradeHub has been estimated as the first web-based e-Trade platform in the world and UNI-PASS has served as an electronic custom system. As the economic activities considering environment get a lot of global attention, the Green IT based trade is proceeded constantly. It is time to seek an approach of greening grafting e-Trade and Green IT in Korea which is the leading e-Trade country. This paper deals with the development and current situation of Korean e-Trade and the purpose of this paper is to contribute to enhance the efficiency of e-Trade by finding some problems and their solutions in a Green perspective.
