누리과정 교육연수 참여경험과 근무기관 형태에 따른 5세 누리과정의 영역별 목표와 세부내용에 대한 유아교사의 인식과 적용

본 연구는 유아 교사를 대상으로 누리과정 교육 연수 참여경험과 근무기관 형태에 따른 5세 누리과정의 영역별 목표와 세부내용에 대한 인식과 적용의 차이를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 충청북도와 서울특별시에 소재한 유치원과 어린이집에 근무하는 5세 반 교사 216명을 대상으로 설문조사 자료를 수집하였고, 수집된 자료는 이원변량 분석을 하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 누리과정의 각 영역별 목표 인식은 누리과정 교육연수 참여경험과 근무기관 형태에 따라 의미 있는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 목표 적용은 누리과정 교육연수 참여경험과 근무기관 형태의 상호작용효과에 따라 의미 있는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 신체운동·건강 영역과 자연탐구 영역의 세부내용 인식은 누리과정 교육연수 참여 경험, 교육연수 참여경험과 근무기관 형태의 상호작용효과에 따라 의미 있는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 예술경험 영역의 세부내용 인식은 교육연수 참여경험과 근무기관형태의 상호작용효과에 따라 의미 있는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 신체운동·건강 영역과 의사소통영역, 자연탐구 영역의 세부내용 적용은 누리과정 교육연수 참여경험에 따라 의미 있는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 사회관계 영역의 세부내용에 대한 인식과 적용에서만 교육연수 참여경험, 교육연수 참여경험과 근무기관 형태의 상호작용 효과에 따라 의미 있는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The results of this study were as follows: First, there had a significant difference in teachers' perception about goals of Nuri curriculum according to participation in training courses and the type of center and There had a significant difference and interaction effects in teachers' application about goals of Nuri curriculum according to participation in training courses and center type. Second, there had a significant difference and interaction effects in teachers' perception about contents of physical exercise and health area, nature inquiry area of Nuri curriculum according to participation in training courses and center type. There had a significant difference in teachers' perception about contents of art experience area on Nuri curriculum according to participation in training courses and the type of center.
