A Study on Urban Regeneration Made up mainly of a Landowner Community - A case of Urban Regeneration in Chollabukdo Wanjugun Samraeyup -

This paper is focused on the constitution and the main participation of a landowner community in an urban regeneration. And also, this paper represents the role of contribution of community development through the case of Chollabukdo Wanjugun Samraeyup’s urban regeneration, consisting of partnerships of mutual cooperation between citizen autonomy community and local autonomy association, This study will be expected of useful data ,making up mainly of a landowner community, in practicing urban regeneration business the future in if these results are applied to an urban regeneration business and research, continuously.
