기후변화에 관한 중국 법제도 연구

Climate change has become not only an important environmental problem concerned by international community, but also an issue of sustainable development of human beings. This issue and the solutions have great influence to the ecological system and the life of every one. Climate change has drawn much attention worldwide, and gradually becomes a significant issue to be settled for human society. According to analyze China’s present legal system and government policy to addressing climate change, this Article tries to constitute the complete legal institution frame under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and Kyoto Protocol.
