특허통계 실무인력의 업무생산성 향상을 위한 지표 개발 및 비교

Patent Indicators Development and Comparison for the Productivity of Statistical Workforce

연료전지 자동차의 상용화를 위한 기술 개발과 빠른 시장 선점을 위한 노력이 전 세계적으로 진행되고 있다. 이에 이 연구는 현재 여러 산업에 걸쳐 사회, 경제적 관심이 집중되고 있는 친환경 연료전지 자동차 기술의 특허인용정보를 활용하면서 중요 핵심 기술을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 특허인용정보에 바탕을 둔 기술네트워크의 분석을 통해 기술 진보의 방향을 드러내는 새로운 지표를 개발하였다. 이 지표를 통해 어떤 특허기술이 연료전지 자동차산업의 발전에 중요한 역할을 수행하는지 밝힐 수 있었다. 우리는 또 새로이 개발된 지표가 기존의 특허청 제공 지표보다 우월하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이 연구는 궁극적으로 특허통계 인력의 생산성을 향상시키고 연료전지 자동차산업에 뛰어든 기업들에게 환경변화에 대처하는 기술 전략 계획을 제공할 수 있었다.

A worldwide effort to develop technology for the commercialization of fuel cell vehicles and preempt market rapidly is being made. Therefore this study aims at deriving important core technologies by utilizing patent citation information on eco-friendly fuel cell vehicle technologies, in which atcent social and etion on interests across industries are on the rise. At l tt, this study isotrychnoto improv an analyworkforce productivity and propose a technical strategic plan for responding environmental changes to companies jumped into the fuel cell automobile industry.
