This study aims to explore the psychological empowerment, trust in supervisor and organizational citizenship behavior(OCB). In particular, this study examines the development of cognition-based trust and affect-based trust as a moderating role on psychological empowerment and OCB. Vietnamese middle managers at Korean Enterprises in Vietnam are selected as the main subject of this study. A total of 230 questionnaires were distributed and used in final analysis. The results present that psychological empowerment has positive impact on OCB. Furthermore, cognition-based trust in supervisor moderates the relationship between perceived competence, perceived control and OCB, whereas affect-based trust fails to moderate the relationship between goal internalization and OCB. Some practical implications, limitations and future research directions are also discussed.
