물류아웃소싱 계약의 특성이 물류성과에 미치는 영향

Influence of Logistics Outsourcing Contract on the Logistics Performance Based on the Shipper’s Perspective

오늘날 글로벌 경쟁심화로 물류 아웃소싱이 활발화 되고 있고, 화주기업과 물류기업의 거래에서 파트너십 구축이 물류성과에 영향을 미친다는 많은 연구와 노력들이 진행되어 왔으나, 아직도 물류기업과 화주기업 모두 물류성과에 대한 불만을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 상호 관계를 정확하게 이해하고 예상되어지는 어려움을 미리 예측하여 대비하기 위해 사용하는 물류계약서 조항의 구체성과 공정성이 파트너십(신뢰, 의사소통)을 매개로 물류성과에 미치는 영향을 화주기업관점에서 구조방정식을 이용하여 가설을 검증하였다. 연구 모델에서 파트너십과 물류성과에 영향을 미치는 계약조항을 선행연구를 통하여 추출하였고, 조작적 정의를 통하여 구체성 2개 요인(비용발생, 위험관리)과 공정성 2개 요인(분배, 절차)으로 구분하였고, 실증 결과 첫째, 비용발생, 위험관리, 절차 공정성은 파트너십을 매개로 화주기업의 물류성과에 긍정적민 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 분배공정성 조항의 구체화는 물류기업과의 의사소통에는 긍정적인 영항을 미치나, 신뢰구축에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 본 연구의 결과와 연구자의 선행연구인 물류기업 관점에서 계약구체성과 공정성의 연구 결과와의 비교를 통해 물류기업과 화주기업 간의 물류성과 향상을 위한 실무적인 방향을 제시하였다.

Today increased global competition has contributed significantly to the promotion of logistics outsourcing. Many studies have been done that proves the interrelationship between the establishment of partnership through businesses among the customers and the logistics companies and its effects on the outcome. Even so, there remains levels of dissatisfaction with the logistics outcome between the two parties. This study is designed to understand the interrelationship and test the hypothesis through the customer’s point of view by the adoption of a structural equation. It wil then be used to predict the potential difficulties in the common clauses of logistics contracts through concreteness and equitability as the basis of partnerships (trust, communication). The contract clauses affecting the logistics outcome of the partnership between the customer and the logistics company were selected through a preliminary study from the research model. This study will contribute in providing an operational direction in effectively establishing a positive relationship between logistics provider and the customer.
