본 연구는 인천항 컨테이너 터미널의 온도크 서비스의 핵심요소를 선정하여 우선순위를 선정하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구의 분석방법으로 요인분석과 Fuzzy-AHP 방법론을 사용하였으며, 온도크 서비스와 관련된 선행연구를 바탕으로 평가 요인을 선정하였다. 분석 결과, 온도크 서비스의 구성요소로는 선박 업무 및 무료장치기간 부여, 혼재 및 컨테이너 관리 업무, 선사와의 관행 철폐 및 운송업무, 전산 및 행정 업무로 구성되었다. 인천항의 온도크 서비스 강화를 위해서는 선박 업무 및 무료장치기간 부여(0.355)가 가장 시급한 요인으로 나타났으며, 혼재 및 컨테이너 관리 업무(0.263), 전산 및 행정 업무(0.221), 선사와의 관행 철폐 및 운송 업무(0.161) 순으로 선정되었다. 서비스 구성요소와 세부 구성요소의 복합가중치를 산정한 결과 선석보장(0.166) 맞춤형 전산지원(0.143), 하역우선권 부여(0.119) 등이 중요한 요소로 나타났다.
Since the early 2000s, a competition of attracting shipping companies for terminal operators has been getting tougher due to an appearance of global terminal operator(GTO)s such as PSA and HPH. Furthermore, after the debilitation in the world shipping market due to the economic crisis in 2008, the shipping companies now want to reduce their vessels’ operation costs. In this respect, terminal operators have requested to reduce operation costs through the effective terminal operation and services. The aims of this study are to draw out and weight the critical factors for on-dock service for Incheon container terminal which is very determinant factor for selecting the sea ports by shipping companies. For drawing out the critical factors, the Factor Analysis was used, and for weighing the factors, the fuzzy-AHP methodology was adopted. As the results of analysing, the works of ships and providing the free time on container yard(0.355), consolidation and management of containers(0.263), computation and paper works(0.221), removing the customs with shipping company and supporting the transportation(0.161) are appeared for the critical factors.
