복합운송주선업의 시스템구축이 고객만족도에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 복합운송주선업과 시스템구축과 서비스제공, 고객만족도를 파악하여 서비스구축에 따른 서비스제공에 미치는 영향을 분석하였으며, 서비스제공이 고객만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 시스템구축과 서비스제공과 고객만족도에 대한 이론적 배경을 정리하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구조사에서 수집된 자료의 통계처리는 데이터 코딩(data coding)과 데이터 크리닝(data cleaning) 과정을 거쳐 SPSS 2.0 통계 패키지 프로그램을 활용하여 다음과 같은 방법으로 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도, 회귀분석 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 먼저, 복합운송주선업의 시스템구축의 물류네트워크 구축, 시스템의 정보제공은 복합운송서비스제공에 있어서 정확성, 신속성에 영향을 주고 있다. 복합운송주선업의 서비스제공에 있어서 복합운송체인점구축과 복합운송의 시스템구축이 물류의 네트워크구축, 복합운송체인점구축은 고객의 이미지와 신뢰성만족에서 영향을 미치고, 복합운송의 서비스시스템의 복합운송체인구축과 물류네트워크구축은 물류서비스에도 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있다. 이외에도 복합운송체인점구축, 물류의 네트워크구축, 정보제고, 복합운송주선업의 서비스 정확성, 친절성, 신속성은 고객만족도에 영향을 주는 것을 알 수 있었다.
