집단미술치료가 부적응행동 아동의 학교적응에 미치는 효과

Effects of group art therapy on school adjustment of maladaptive behavior children

급변하는 현대사회의 흐름에 맞추어가기 위해서는 그만큼 빠른 사회적응이 필요하게 되었고, 그 과정에서 변화만큼의 속도를 내지 못하는 사람은 뒤쳐지거나 주변으로부터 질타를 받기도 한다. 특히 아동의 경우 심리적인 압박과 불안을 문제행동으로 나타내는 경우가 종종 있는데, 문제행동이 지속되어 학교에서의 부적응 행동으로 분류되면 앞으로 남은 학교생활을 하기에 많은 어려움을 갖게 될 것이며, 대인관계, 타인이해 등 사회적 능력이 결여되어 건전한 성인으로 성장하는데도 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 그러한 아동을 대상으로 하는 미술치료 프로그램의 효과성이 입증되고 있으며, 특히 관계성 인식을 위한 집단미술치료가 긍정적인 영향을 끼친다는 선행 연구를 바탕으로 하여 초등학교 방과 후 교실에 참여한 저학년 아동 중 부적응 행동 아동으로 선별된 대상에게 집단미술치료프로그램을 실시한 결과 교우관계, 수업참여, 자기통제 항목에서 정도의 차이는 있지만 변화가 나타났고, 항목별로 유의미한 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

Modern society get changed rapidly to alien with new wave of social adaption. The unexpected speed set some people behind and give them emotional stress. In case of premature children, have strong pressure and sudden fear frequently during its change. One of bad effects makes the children continue wrong behavior, might being difficult for themselves to adjust to school life. A maladjusted child get left out-of-school by school authorities, it affects seriously to his or her remaining school session. Generally those children have poor social relationship and thoughtful consideration. On top of that they would fail to become normal adult. Group art therapy is efficient to elementary students in trouble and produce positive effects with preceding education. After the program execution, we can verify fruitful results each category. This study is for children who are not adjusted after school. It focused on building relationship, join in class and self-control after execution group art therapy. The group art therapy program produces positive results to the attendees more or less, bring up with visible change.
