A Study on the Student's Property Inheritance in Kyung-In area

Inheritance is commenced by death. DEATH! It is only a general effect of natural accident attributed to our life. And Inheritance is a kind of legal effect accompanied with it. But each inheritor gets living materials according to succession principles. In that means it is a kind of chances to acquire good living conditions without any efforts. So in all of the society inheritance is a very synical problem not for an individual but also community or society itself. In these days there comes up many important inheritance affairs to solved by judgement. So in this writings some inheritance points shall be dealed by consciousness survey and analyzed. Those points are as followings. 1. What is the ground to other's property? 2. The scope of inheritors 3. Priority of the inheritance properties 4. Contributory service and inheritance portion 5. Effect of the specially conditional will And the results of the survey were analysed by percentage according to the numbers of answering papers. The consciousness tendency was coincided with the contents of the each inheritance provisions, for example, priority of inheritance, contributory portion, contents of the conditional will. Specially it is positively accepted that if there is a person among co-inheritors who has specially contributed to the maintenance or increase of the inheritee, the amount calculated by adding portion shall be the inherited portion of that person. Through these case we can be acquainted with that each provisions concerned with the inheritance are previously cognized for the righteous division of the inherited property, also for the value of other circumsetances.
