As a literary study, this study aims to evaluate the results of the curriculum in the cosmetology-related departments of a college and propose a practical curriculum for industries. First, it is necessary to develop customized curriculum for industries, considering the characteristics of each business. Second, it is required to come up with a systematic and efficient training program by establishing practical training facilities in the college. Third, it is important to perform policy reviews and develop an implementation plan to enhance the competitiveness of lecture by developing and benchmarking the high-quality contents of the world’s renowned cosmetology schools.
