Due to a growing awareness of aesthetic values and hair cut style are emerging as an important tool to express oneself as a growing number of people are interested in their appearance. In this regard, this study is designed to explore the impact of consumers' expectation and satisfaction with hair work on customer satisfaction. The study also aims to identify the characteristics of consumers based on hair salon type. hair salon type was divided into two categories: franchise salon and non franchise salon. The study shows that consumers of hair cut works are characterized by hair salon type. Hair cut treatment service expectations of beauty technology-related factors, physical factors, and employee-related factors, and policy-related factors are factors. In customer satisfaction, according to the type of hair salon, and revisit than non-franchise hair salon franchise beauty salon, customer satisfaction and revisit the higher.
