Supply chain management is one of the most important issue to manage company efficiently. However, management environments are changing dynamically, so it is required to cope with the management environment flexibly. To deal with demand change and increase market share, redesigning of supply chain network is expected in long term planning of management strategy. In this article, redesigning policy for supply chain network is discussed to meet the customer demand satisfaction.
