In the service area, personnel scheduling problem is one of the most important research topic for customer service and staff satisfaction level. Personnel scheduling has been studied for several decades and numerous application areas were published. Aviation industry is one of the major issues because of the economic scale and impact. But most of them were dealing with pilots, cabin crew or ground staffs. In this study, ticketing staffs of airline are introduced for scheduling and the importance and effect of fair schedule are described.
