고용의 질이 장애노인의 생활만족도에 미치는 영향 연구

Study on the impact of the quality of employment on the life satisfaction of the disabled elderly

본 연구는 일자리 특성 즉,‘고용의 질’이 장애노인의 생활만족도에 미치는 영향 정도를 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해서 장애인고용공단에서 2008년부터 3차에 걸쳐 실시한 장애인고용패널자료 중 3차 조사에 참여한 장애인 중 만 55세 이상이면서 임금근로자인 357명을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 연구결과, 생활만족도에 영향을 미친 변인은 학력수준, 월평균 임금, 월평균 근무일수, 직업적 배려, 직무만족도, 직무 적합도인 것으로 나타났다. 이 같은 결과를 바탕으로, 장애노인의 고용기회 확대, 장애 노인의 특수성을 감안한 직업적 배려, 장애노인의 교육·기술·기능에 적합한 일자리 제공과 관련된 정책과 직무만족도 증진 방안을 모색해야 함을 제언하였다. 본 연구는 고용의 질 개념을 활용하여 장애노인의 생활만족도 증진 방안을 모색하는데 있어 의미 있는 시사점을 제시해준다.

This study aims to determine the extent of the impact that Crazy affect the quality of the employment of the disabled elderly life satisfaction. As a result, Influence on life satisfaction variable was the level of education, average monthly wage, monthly average number of workdays, occupational care, job satisfaction, and job fit. Based on these results, Suggested that expanding the employment opportunities of the disabled elderly, occupational disabilities taking into consideration the particularities of the elderly care, the education of the disabled elderly, and Job Satisfaction promoting policies related to technology, features a suitable job need to find ways to. This study, by utilizing the concept of the quality of employment, life satisfaction of the elderly disability looking for ways to promote it and will suggest an implication.
