The Empirical Study for the Small Business’ Success of Foundation and Improvement of Management

소상공인의 창업성공과 경영마인드개선에 관한 실증연구

본 연구는 소상공인의 창업과 창업 이후의 성공적 창업을 도출하기 위하여 창업과 관련된 자를 대상으로 한 경영마인드개선에 관한 실증연구이다. 최근 소상공인의 성공적 창업을 위하여 창업자 자신이 보다 다양한 정보수집과 개인경험 및 기회를 활용하여 창업에 주력하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 경제적인 상황이 만족하지 못한 환경 하에서 정부지원책의 활용하거나 다양한 루트의 정보 분석을 통한 주도면밀한 창업을 시도하고 있다는 점이다. 하지만 창업의 성공적인 현 상황은 그리 만족할 만한 상태가 아니기 때문에 또 다른 요인을 투입하여 창업의 성공적인 상황을 도출하려고 안간힘을 쏟고 있다. 따라서 소상공인의 창업성공을 위한 창업자의 노력과 투자확대를 통한 새로운 창업의 형태가 계속적으로 쏟아져 나오고 있는 현 상황에서 전략적인 새로운 차원의 경영마인드개선에 시선을 돌리고 있다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 이러한 창업자 즉, 경영자의 마인드를 개선함으로써 마인드개선의 효과가 경영전반에 어떠한 영향을 주는지에 관한 연구이다. 주요 측정항목은 창업특성요인으로 사업계획, 창업목표, 경영관리를 통한 경영마인드 개선의 요인인 마인드 개선, 역량제고 등의 사항을 분석하여 경영마인드 개선을 통한 개선효과를 통한 성공적인 모델을 제시하였다. 연구결과 소상공인의 창업성공에 있어 경영자 자신이 경영의 마인드를 가지고 창업에 임하는 경우와 그렇지 못한 창업자와를 구분하여 살펴본 결과 성패여부에 현저한 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 창업자가 생계중심, 가계 중심의 기본적인 창업의 틀을 크게 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 자신의 경험적 아이템과 사업계획을 통한 주먹구구식의 경영보다 경영마인드개선을 통한 창업의 추진결과가 훨씬 더 높은 성과와 결과를 기대할 수 있게 되었다는 점이다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 결론 및 시사점을 도출하였다.

This study is intended This study is intended to result in the successful results of foundation through the empirical study for improvement of management mind in order to a successful results of foundation as far as the small business' foundation. In this study, I grasped the small business' foundation and failure factors and I did study to prove for the improvement mind which can be obtained the successful results in the small business' foundation through the results of preceding study. The measurement items are the specific foundation factors which are business plan, goal of foundation, and management administration. And through those I analyzed the items of the factors of improvement such as improvement of mind, improvement of management constitution and uplift of ability and so on. As a result of study, in the small business' success of foundation, the manager who does the foundation with management mind, that is to say, in the case of founder who is planning the improvement of mind through the founder's empirical items and business plan, in the range of the centering of living and of centering of household, not to be out of a persons basic frame largely, and the results are showed high consequence about the foundation. And these studies results of natural disposition I drew the conclusion of current affairs.
