유아교육기관에서 인식하는 대학과의 산학협력의 필요성, 실현가능성 및 요구 조사

A Study on Kindergarten Teacher’s Recognition of Necessity, Possibility of Realization about Necessity and Needs through the University-Kindergarten Collaboration

본 연구는 대학과 유아교육기관과의 효율적인 산학협력 활성화를 이룰 수 있는 산학협력의 유형과 방안에 대한 필요성과 실현가능성 그리고 요구를 분석하고자 하여 U광역시 소재 유아교육기관의 원장 101명과 유아교사 208명, 총 309명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 유아교육기관의 유아교사들은 첫째, 연구지도 및 자문에서 특강을 하는 것은 필요하지만 실현가능성이 낮다고 인식하고 있으며, 현장 연구수업을 공개하여 지도 또는 조언을 받는 것을 필요로 하지 않고 실현 가능성도 낮다고 응답하였다. 둘째, 공동연구, 지식 및 정보교류에서 산학공동연구, 대학과 유치원의 교육과정개발, 프로그램 개발, 교구 및 교재개발에 대해서는 필요하다는 반응이 보다 많이 나왔으나, 그 실현가능성에 대해서는 실현하기 어렵다는 반응이 많았다. 셋째, 교육 및 훈련 중에서 교육실습, 사전실습, 사후실습, 참관수업은 반드시 필요하며, 그 실현가능성도 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 교육실습의 현행4주에 대하여 주로 응답을 하고 있으나, 4주 초과에 대해 상당한 관심을 나타내고 있다. 넷째, 공동행사 중에서 유치원 행사 및 도우미활동에는 필요한 편이다가 훨씬 많게 반응을 보이고 있으나, 대학과의 산학공동 전시회, 발표회에는 필요하지 않다는 반응이 조금 높게 나타났다. 다섯째, 장학금 및 연구비 지원에 대해서는 필요하지 않다는 반응에, 그리고 대학의 교육기자재 및 시설에 대해서는 필요하다는 반응이 많았다. 그리고 그 실현가능성에 대해서는 실현하기 어렵다는 응답이 조금 많은 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to analysis kindergarten teacher’s recognition of necessity, possibility of realization about necessity and needs through the university-kindergarten collaboration. Data were collected from 101 directors and 208 teachers of kindergartens in Ulsan by questionnaire survey. The results of this study were as follows ; First, it is necessary to realize the practical supervision, guidance and extension lecture for needs of kindergarten’s teachers. Second, it is necessary to realize the essential and intuitive cooperative study, interchange of knowledge and information for needs of kindergarten’s teachers. Third, it is necessary to realize the effective teaching practice, pre-teaching practice, postteaching practice and visiting class for university students. Forth, it is necessary to realize the cooperative event of expression and exhibition for satisfactory needs between kindergarten’s teachers and university. Fifth, it is necessary to realize the supporting of study fund for junior in university and lending plan of educational facilities for needs of kindergarten’s teachers.
