유치원 교사의 교사 포트폴리오 실행에 대한 탐색

A Study on the Teacher Portfolio Implementation of Kindergarten Teacher

본 연구의 목적은 효율적인 교사 포트폴리오의 방향을 제시하기 위하여 유치원교사가 교사 포트폴리오를 실행하는 과정에서 갖게 되는 경험을 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 공·사립유치원에 근무하는 교사 10명이 교사 포트폴리오 실행에 참여하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사들은 포트폴리오를 지내온 발자취, 앞으로의 이정표 및 자신을 그대로 보여주는 거울로 이해하였다. 둘째, 교사들은 포트폴리오 실행과정에서 반성의 초점을 단편적인 상황과 상호유기적인 관계에 두었다. 셋째, 교사들은 교사 포트폴리오 실행과정에서 현실적 부담감, 교사로서의 존재감과 완성에 대한 자기 만족감을 느끼는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate what kindergarten teacher experienced in the process of teacher portfolio implementation for providing direction on the efficient teacher portfolio. To this purpose, 10 teachers working in public/private kindergarten participated at the teacher portfolio implementation. The results of this study were as follows. First, teachers understood the teacher portfolio as the trace of teacher's performance, the future milestone, and mirror showing their real fulfillment. Second, the focus of the reflection was on the fragmentary situation and mutual relationship in the process of teacher portfolio implementation. Third, teachers showed emotions like as realistic pressure, existence as ateacher and self satisfaction in the process of teacher portfolio execution.
