Hotel business heavily depends on human resources. Service employees as service presenters and cooks as service manufacturers affect greatly on customer satisfaction. Therefore, the study aimed to examine what motivated or hindered their achievement while at work by finding what made employees select the present job concretely and comparing the differential views between the degree of motivation in job selection before hiring and the present degree of motive achievement in job selection. And it sought to find which factors among job motivations affected mainly job satisfactions and organizational commitment. To verify, Based on the theoretical background to derive the model and confirmed the hypothesis through empirical research. 225 samples were gathered from the fast food restaurants to perform the empirical study and the statistical program SPSS Win12.0 used and through empirical analysis the following conclusions could be drawn. First, ‘social recognition as a employee of a major company ’ and ‘interest in job ’ influence job satisfaction. Second, ‘social recognition as an employee of a major company ’ and ‘self-realization ’ influence organizational loyalty. Third, job satisfaction and organizational loyalty were related statistically. Therefore, hotel management and its persons in charge of man power policy could make conditions or atmospheres to help hotel cooks achieve motives well in workplace, improve their job performance and decrease a turnover rate in order to improve the productivity of a hotel restaurant based on the results of this study.
