WIPO and Establishment and Consummation of China’s Intellectual Property Legal Framework and Patent System

지식재산권은 중국에서 매우 중요하고 세계지적재산권기구는 중국 IP 법률제도를 설립하고 완성하는 과정에서, 특히 IP법률 체계와 특허법률 제도에 관한 부분에서, 항상 긍정적인 역할을 수행하였다. 국제적 의무의 수행결과에 기반한 특허법률제도의 발전과 확대 때문에, 중국 IP제도는 중국특유의 형질을(특징) 가진다. 경제와 사회적 측면에서 빠른 발전에 따라 중국은 모방단계를 가로질러 특허법률제도에 대한 자주적으로 준비하는 시기에 진입하였다.

Intellectual property (IP) is an import for China and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) has ever played a positive role in the process of establishing and consummating China’s IP legal system, especially the part concerning of IP legal system framework and patent legal system. Due to the expansion and development of patent legal system and based on the performance of international obligations, China’s IP system has its own characteristics. As developing fast in economic and social aspects, China has spanned the imitating-oriented stage and entered into the independently-arranging time for the patent legal system.
