This study surveyed several literatures concerning the Reality(眞如) from the viewpoint of the books of vijñāpti-mātra and especially focused on The Doctrine of Mere-Consciousness(成唯識論). First of all, the subject of human mind is originally pure was examined through the perspective of The Doctrine of Mere-Conscious-ness(成唯識論). Secondly, the relationships between own natural purity(自性淸淨) and Reality(眞如), between the four kinds of nirvana(四種涅槃) and Reality(眞如), between Ultimate Reality(圓成實性) and Reality(眞如), and between Dharmatā(法性) and Reality(眞如) were explored. Lastly, seen from the whole contents of The Doctrine of Mere-Consciousness(成唯識論), the doctrine of arising from conditional causation(緣起說) of The Doctrine of Mere-Consciousness(成唯識論) should be categorized and named Seed doctrine(種子緣起說) or Essential vijñāna doctrine(根本識緣起說) or the Eighth vijñāna doctrine(第八識緣起說). The doctrine of arising from conditional causation(緣起說) of The Doctrine of Mere-Consciousness(成唯識論) is usually called ālaya doctrine(阿賴耶緣起說). we consider the reason of this categorization comes from the lessening the contents of vijñāpti-mātra philosophy(唯識學).
