본 연구의 목적은 항만전문가들의 의견을 통해서 우리나라의 항만개발 우선순위를 선정하는데 있다. 이를 위해 선행 연구들과 항만관련 전문가들로부터 브레인스토밍(brainstorming)을 수행하여 87개의 세부속성을 도출하였다. 그리고 KJ기법을 통해 6개의 평가기준으로 그룹핑하여 계층분석구조를 구축하고, AHP 기법을 통해 각 계층의 상대적 중요도, 항만 전문가들의 선호 경향 및 대안들의 종합 중요도를 평가하였다. 이 연구를 통해 우리나라의 항만개발 우선순위를 선정하고 이에 따른 우리나라 항만개발에 대한 발전 방향을 제시하고자 한다.
This study aims to suggest how the port specialists think the priority of port development in Korea. To illustrate the ideas regarding a port development, 87 detailed attributes were identified both from the previous studies and from brainstorming on port professionals. And these were grouped into 6 criteria by ‘KJ method’ and made into 4 levels hierarchy structure. AHP technique identifies the relative weights of each levels, trends of the preference of port specialists and the composite relative weights of alternatives. As a result, a port development priority in Korea has been proposed.
