Study on the Improvement of Bogeumjari Housing Supply System

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study is to contribute to promoting a pleasant residential environments which make the low-income people feel better by pointing out the problems and proposing the improvement directions through consideration for supply of Bogeumjari Housing that is a current issue. (2) RESEARCH METHOD As a method of research, I investigated sundry records, analyzed statistical data and examined relevant laws. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS As a result of research, it derived problems of Bogeumjari Housing supply system and proposed the improvement directions. 2. RESULTS We need to escape a biased view that regards housing as individual possessions only and have new awareness approaching to housing and welfare concept as one of the public property to solve the housing problem since it is a serious right to live issue.
