국내 기업의 회의 운영 최적화 방안

본 논문에서는 국내 중견기업인 ㈜삼천리의 회의운영 실태와 문제점을 토대로, 회의 운영의 최적화를 위해 개선 및 도출 프로그램을 소개하였다. 또한 본 연구의 한계점 및 향후 개선 과제를 제시하였다. 본 연구는 첫째, 삼천리 기업의 회의운영 실태 분석 및 임직원 의견 청취 등을 통한 내부 분석을 실시하였으며, 둘째, 국내 기업들의 회의 운영 사례를 통한 회의운영 개선 프로그램 Pool를 도출하였으며, 셋째, 삼천리 내부 진단결과 및 국내기업 사례 등을 토대로 회의운영의 최적화를 위한 29/49 Meeting Rule 을 도입하였다. 따라서 이에 대한 상세소개를 하였다. 넷째, 회의운영 개선 프로그램의 soft landing 을 위한 변화 전략(의사소통전략)을 제시였다. 이상의 내용과 프로세스를 토대로 회의운영 개선을 준비하는 실무 부서 및 책임자들에게 유용한 방법론과 시사점을 제시하였다.

This study is introducing the domestic middle-sized Samchully.co.ltd.’s optimizing program for company meeting which was based on the analysis of ongoing problem and the study’s limitation and the future subject of development. To do this study, we followed the bellow process, First, we did the internal analysis by listening the opinion of employees. Second, we deducted the pool of program by analyzing the case of other domestic company’s best practices. Third, by doing internal diagnose of Samchully.co.ltd. and other domestic company’s case, we introduced the 29/49 meeting rule which is very useful for optimizing the process of company meeting. And then we also explained the specific process of that program. Fourth, we suggested the strategy for changing aimed at soft-landing of developmental program for company meeting. The above findings are suggesting the useful know-how and way for the person and the division in charge which has a role for developing the process of company meeting.
