대한지적공사 직원의 사기진작에 관한 연구

A Study on the Promoting the Morale of KCSC Employee

본 연구의 목적은 대한지적공사 직원의 근무환경에 대한 만족도를 측정하여 사기를 결정짓는 요인을 밝히고, 근무환경에 대한 만족도와 사기와의 상관관계 등을 밝혀 지적공사 직원의 사기진작 방안을 제시하는 것을 본 연구의 목적으로 삼았다. 이와 같은 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 대한지적공사 직원의 만족도와 사기를 측정하는 실증적 연구가 진행되었다. 연구의 결과 대한지적공사 직원의 사기를 결정짓는 요인으로 물질적 만족, 정서적 만족요인, 구성원과의 관계, 근무환경 만족, 근무조직 만족, 교육제도 만족의 6가지 요인이 검출되었다. 직원들의 사기를 높이기 위해서 이러한 6가지 요인을 고려하여 직원들의 사기진작을 위해 노력해야 할 것이다.

This study aims to satisfaction with working conditions of employees working for the environment by measuring the correlation between satisfaction and morale, and employee morale measures identified will be presented. To achieve the purpose of research employee working for the environment to measure satisfaction and morale were surveyed. The results of the analysis as a factor in employee morale, physical satisfaction, emotional satisfaction, and relationships with members, working conditions, work organization, the education system meets the six factors were detected. To improve the morale of employees in this study appeared satisfied with the material factors, satisfaction and emotional factors, environmental factors are taken into account satisfaction and will strive.
