지적측량 수요와 도시특성 요인간 영향요인 실증적 연구

An Emprical Analysis on the influence factors of between Cadastral Survey Demands and Urban Characteristics Factors

본 연구의 목적은 경기도 31개 시ㆍ군을 대상으로 2000년부터 2009년까지 10년간 도시특성 요인 변화에 따른 지적측량 수요변화 영향 요인을 도출하고자 하였다. 분석 결과에 따라 지적측량 산업분야에 활용 가능한 정책적 제안을 제시하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 도시특성 요인이 지적측량 수요변화에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 패널분석을 통해 실증분석을 실시하였다.

In this study, from 2000 to 2009 for 31 cities in Gyeonggi-do influence factors of changes in cadastral survey demand following changes of urban characteristics were drawn. The purpose of this study is to make a political suggestion which is available to a cadastral survey industry according to the analysis of influence factors of changes in cadastral survey demand. A workflow to achieve the purpose of the study is broadly divided into a panel analysis on how the factors of urban characteristics affect the changes in cadastral survey demands.
