On Improvement of Foreign Language-related Human Resources in Zhejiang Provincein Context of Tourism Internationalization

当前旅游业国际化的大背景下, 浙江省的旅游事业正蓬勃发展, 可谓机会与挑战并存。外语人力资源是提升我省旅游业国际竞争力和可持续发展能力的重要保障。改善外语环境, 提高外语普及率及旅游从业人员外语素质是提升我省旅游业外语人力资源的有效途径。培养和发展旅游业的生力军, 重视外语人力资源的提升, 将是“十二五”期间我省旅游业发展的一项重要而又艰巨的任务。 Tourism industry has seen a rapid growth in Zhejiang in context of tourism internationalization with opportunity and challenge hand in hand. Human resources of foreign language professionals can be important resource to enhance the international competitiveness and keep the sustainable development. To improve the foreign language climate, spread the education of foreign language and help tourism workers with a better knowledge of foreign language may prove effective ways to accomplish the goals. It is an important and tough task to improve tourism in the province during the 12th five-year-plan period.
