琿春지역의 역사·지리적 배경과 물류거점으로서의 가능성

A Study on the Historical Geography Background and Feasibility of Being Logistics Center of Hunchun Area

본 연구는 역사지리적 시각에서 발해, 청조, 민국과 만주국시기를 걸치면서 중요한 무역 거점 역할을 하였던 훈춘지역의 역사 • 지리적 배경을 살펴보고 앞으로 다시 물류거점으로 거듭날 가능성을 가늠해 보았다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발해시기 훈춘지역은 발해가 일본과 교류하는 “일본도”의 거점역할을 하였다. 둘째, 청조시기 훈춘지역은 2개국 접경지역에서 3개국 접경지역으로 거듭나면서 중요한 군사요충지와 무역중심지로 개발되었다. 셋째, 민국과 만주국 시기 훈춘지역은 대러시아 국경이 봉쇄되면서 무역중심지로서의 위상이 급감하였다. 넷째, 동북아지역의 정치가 상대적으로 안정되고 경제발전이 이 지역의 주요한 이슈로 떠오르면서 훈춘지역은 역사적 배경, 지리적 위치의 중요성, 국내외적인 배경, 대외통로의 발전, 풍부한 자연자원 등을 바탕으로 앞으로 물류거점으로 거듭나 과거의 번영을 재현할 것이다.

The text will analysis the historical geography background of Hunchun area during Palhae period, Qing dynasty, the republic of China period and Puppet Manchukuo, then discuss the feasibility of the Hunchun area being the Logistics center again. The results were as follows: firstly, the Hunchun area was the stronghold between Palhae and Japan during Palhae period. Secondly, Hunchun area became the Bordering of three Kingdoms, so it was developed into important military fortress and trade center. Thirdly, during the republic of China period and the Puppet Manchukuo period, the regional trade center status of Hunchun area sharply declined with the Russian border closed. Fourthly, at present, with the relative stability politics in northeast Asia regional politics, economic development become the major issue of Hunchun area, it is possible for Hunchun area being the Logistics center again because of its historical geography background, domestic and foreign environment background, important geographical position, construction of the foreign channels, abundant natural resources.
