DACUM 분석을 통한 경찰경호학과 교육과정 개발 연구

경찰ㆍ경호인력의 부족과 사회 양극화 현상으로 범죄율이 증가하고 있으며, 민간경호의 사회적, 직업적 가치가 상승하면서 대학에서도 경찰과 경호관련 분야의 전문 인력을 양성하기 위해 사회적 역할로 주목받고 있다. 하지만 교육과정내용과 현실의 차이점을 조명하고, 기업에서 기대하는 우수한 전문 인력 양성에 아직 부응하지 못하고 있다. 이를 위한 방안으로 직무분석의 한 방법으로 DACUM의 방법을 채택하였다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구의 목적은 우수한 전문 인력 양성과 경쟁력을 높일 수 있는 독자적 학문 정립을 위한 표준화된 교육과정을 개발하는데 있다. 첫째, 경찰/경호원이 수행해야 할 직무로는 6개 영역으로 분석되었다. 분석된 각 직무를 수행하기 위해 DACUM을 이용하여 경찰 및 경호원이 실행하는 구체적인 작업을 도출하였다. 둘째, 경찰/경호원 양성 프로그램 개발을 위한 직무분석에서 도출된 직무영역과 직무별 작업 문항으로 작업(task)과 관련하여 중요도, 교육 필요도에 대해 작업명세서를 구성하여 요구분석을 작성하였다. 셋째, 경찰/경호원은 경찰ㆍ형사법학 및 경호학에 관한 지식ㆍ이론과 실무를 탐구하는 전문가, 민간경비와 경비업법에 관한 이론과 실무를 탐구하는 전문가, 다양한 위해요소에 대한 처치능력을 개발하는 무도에 관한 실무를 탐구하는 전문가 역할을 동시에 잘 수행할 수 있어야 한다는 전제하에 경찰/경호원 교육과정을 세 영역으로 나누고 하위에 각각의 과목들을 제시하였다.

However, the College of Education does not foster excellent professional personnel that are required by the companies. DACUM method of job analysis methods adopted it as a way. In this context, the purpose of the study is to develop a standardized curriculum for the formulation of a highly qualified workforce and to increase the competitiveness in their own disciplines. First job as a police / secret guard to be performed, were analyzed in six areas. DACUM by police and bodyguard to run for specific tasks to perform the duties and functions of each analysis were derived. Second, the police / secret guard training programs for the development of job analysis derived from the functional areas and job-specific work items related to the task and importance, and education about the need to configure the statement of work requirements analysis. Third, the police/ secret guard expert knowledge regarding to the Police and Criminal Law and secret guard theory and practice to explore, to develop the ability to aid in the elements for a variety of experts to explore the theory and practice of Private Security and the Security Industry Act, martial arts in the subjects of each sub-divided into three areas: a police/secret guard training course explores the role of an expert on practical at the same time must be able to perform well under the premise presented.
