Purpose : This study is to investigate the effect of job satisfaction according to general features, working environmental features and acquireing motive affect job satisfaction. Method : Based on the random sampling of 5 gu (dong-gu, buk-gu, daksyg-gu, jung-gu, suh-gu) in Daegu kwangyuk city and 3 districts(uiseong-gun, seongju-gun, chungdo-gun) in Kyeongsang Buk-do province, the tagets of investigation are geriatruc care helpers who works for the medical care for the eldery facilities(Care facilities, In-home care facilities for the elderly) located in 12 districts and the data is collected from them for 2 months from July of 2010 to August of 2010. Result : First, the acquiring motive will be different depending on general features and working environmental features. In general we can see that preparing for the future and family livelihood become the cause of the motive for acquiring qualification. Second, the gap of job satisfaction will exist depending on general features and working environmental features. Conclusion : As we look at this overall, most of care helpers are women, job satisfaction comes out highly when she is in her forties, works energetically with somewhat of seasoned work experience trained with resistance. Third, there will be relation between job satisfaction and the acquiring motive. Therefore, in acquiring motive because of family livelihood, satisfaction of human relationship was the highest, in preparing for the future it was high in the following order of satisfaction of human relationship, satisfaction of job performance, satisfaction of job stability, satisfaction of working environment and satisfaction of income and in worth living it was highest in the case of satisfaction of human relationship, in leisure activity satisfaction of job stability was the highest.
