The Present state of Quality of Management seen in the Modern Chinese Firms - Through analyzing their philosophy -

Quality management award, based on the fundamental economic society in the United States, Japan and Europe, concerns national significance and the research of the specific evaluation method. It was also found out in Chinese society, as well as developed countries. Hypothetically, the same system, no matter the aspect of form or the evaluation method, has been adopted into Chinese firms in the light of this global trend, which will be studied in this dissertation covering 28 companies. They are divided into three groups - state-owned enterprises, state-owned civilian-run enterprises and private enterprises, and every corporate philosophy will be analysed respectively. These corporate groups, therefore, interpret quality management somewhat. differently.
