기업 평가에서 사회적 책임 활동의 영향

The Influence of Corporate Social Responsibility on Corporate Evaluation: Overall Evaluation vs. Cause-related Evaluation

기업의 사회적 책임 활동은 최근의 가장 중요한 마케팅 이슈이다. 그러나 기존의 연구에서는 주로 사회적 책임 활동 그 자체의 효과에 대해서 관심이 많았다. 그러나 기업의 사회적 책임 활동은 매우 다양한 방향에서 진행될 수 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 기존의 연구를 심화하여 구체적으로 어떤 사회적 책임 활동이 기업 평가에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 지를 조사하였다. 한편, 기존의 연구에서는 기업의 사회적 책임 활동이 기업평가에 긍정적인 영향을 준다고 하였으나 실제의 기업 상황을 보면, 항상 그런 것은 아니었다. 따라서 본 연구는 전반적인 기업 평가와 공익적 기업 평가를 구분하여 사회적 책임 활동의 효과를 살펴보았다. 분석결과, 윤리적 책임, 자선적 책임은 기업의 공익적 평가에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 경제적 책임, 법적 책임은 기업의 전반적 평가에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 기업의 공익적 평가는 기업의 전반적 평가에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다.

Recently, corporate social responsibility is one of the most important marketing issues. This research examines relationship between the corporate social responsibility and corporate evaluation of customer(overall evaluation vs. cause-related evaluation). The results of analysis showed that the ethical responsibility and philanthropic responsibilities positively influences on the corporate cause-related evaluation. The economic responsibility and legal responsibility positively influences on the corporate overall evaluation. Also, corporate cause-related evaluation positively influences on the corporate overall evaluation.
