그린IT를 통한 전자무역의 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

A Study on the Activation of Electronic Trade through Green IT

지구온난화에 따라 그린IT에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 그린IT는 IT 부문의 녹색화ㆍ성장동력화를 의미하는 Green of IT와 IT 기반 저탄소화와 기후변화 대응역량 강화를 의미하는 Green by IT로 나누어 생각해 볼 수 있다. 전자무역은 Green by IT의 일환으로 기존의 무역프로세스를 전자화하여 막대한 종이 사용량을 줄임으로써 비용절감과 지구온난화 방지에 일조하는 것으로 평가받고 있다. 그러나 그린IT에 대한 인식부족과 전자무역 시스템의 활용 저조로 기대한 만큼의 성과를 나타내고 있지 못한 상황이다. 본 연구의 목적은 그린IT의 일환으로 전자무역의 활성화의 장애요인을 지적하고 전자무역 활성화를 위한 발전방안을 제시하고자 하였다.

The concern for Green IT is increasing along with the global warming. Green IT is divided Green of IT that means greenization and motorization of Information Technology and Green by IT that means reduction of carbon and enforcement of ability to cope with the climate change based on Information Technology. Electronic Trade is evaluated as a Green by IT because it can save paper which is needed in the traditional trade procedure. But the performance of Green IT is not high because of the lack of acknowledgement of Green IT and the low utilization rate of electronic trade system. The purpose of this paper is to point out hurdles of activation of electronic trade system as a part of Green IT and to present some ideas to promote electronic trade system.
