정신장애인의 사회적 지지, 여가만족 그리고 사회기술능력과의 인과관계연구

The Analysis on the Causal Model Social Skill Ability of those with Mental Disorder Disability

본 연구는 정신장애인의 사회적 지지, 여가만족, 사회기술능력과의 관계모형을 연구하는데 그 목적과 의의를 두고 있다. 이는 정신장애인이 사회기술훈련으로 습득한 기술을 강화하기 위한 사회기술능력향상 프로그램을 개발하고, 정신장애인들의 사회적 지지체계를 마련하여 정신장애인의 재활의 근본적 문제를 매개적 관계인 여가활동을 통해서 증진시키고자 하는 것을 강조하고 있다. 정신장애인 188명을 대상으로 사회적 지지, 여가만족, 사회기술능력과의 관계를 PASW통계프로그램과 구조방정식 모형분석인 AMOS를 통해 분석한 결과, 다음과 같은 결론으로 살펴볼 수 있다. 첫째, 정신장애인의 사회적 지지, 여가만족, 사회기술능력은 상관관계를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연구모형 변인들 간의 구조모형 분석을 통한 영향관계를 살펴보면 정신장애인의 사회적 지지는 사회기술능력에 직접적 영향력이 나타났고, 사회적 지지는 여가만족을 통해서 사회기술능력에 간접적인 영향력을 나타냈다. 이는 매개적인 역할을 가지고 있는 것으로 보여지며, 이러한 여가활동의 영향력은 사회기술능력향상에 매우 중요한 역할 관계로 나타났다. 따라서 정신장애인의 사회적 지지는 사회기술능력을 향상시키며, 이러한 상호관계 속에서 여가활동의 매개적 역할을 통해서 사회기술프로그램의 개발과 능력을 향상시켜야 한다고 할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is an attempt to develop a causal model linking between social support, leisure satisfaction, social skill ability and health factor for mental disorder disability in disabled community association. Poor social skill abilities and abnormal behaviors are key features of mental disorder disability and comprise important aspects of social functioning. Social skills ability also seem to be related to the presence of leisure activity satisfaction. Furthermore, this study explores practical implications for social support for mental disorder disability. The questionnaires were distributed to severe disabled women who are currently serviced by center and 188 were used to investigate and analyze data. Pasw and amos statistical software were used to analyze data. Findings are as follows. First, there was the significant positive correlation among social support, leisure satisfaction, social skill ability for mental disorder disability. Second, covariance structural analysis showed that the causal relationship among social support, leisure satisfaction and social skill ability was significant. Thus to improve social skill ability for mental disorder disability they need to be satisfied with a focus on the mediation effects of leisure satisfaction factor then again it makes a contribution in enhancing the social skill ability.
