가족스트레스와 가족탄력성이 장애인 가족의 가족건강성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Influences of Family Strengths on the Family Stresses and Family Resilience of Disability Families

본 연구는 장애인 가족의 가족스트레스와 가족탄력성이 장애인 가족의 가족건강성에 미치는 영향에 대해서 알아보기 위해서 이루어졌다. 153명의 장애인 가족 구성원을 대상으로 가족스트레스, 가족탄력성, 가족건강성 척도를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS for Windows 12.0을 이용하여 전산처리하였다. 분석결과로는 첫째, 가족스트레스는 장애인과 장애인 가족의 연령, 장애인 가족의 결혼관계, 월수입에서 유의미한 차이를 보였고, 가족탄력성은 장애인의 연령, 장애인 가족의 학력과 월수입에서 유의미한 차이를 보였으며, 가족건강성은 장애인 가족의 학력에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 장애인 가족의 가족 스트레스, 가족탄력성의 하위변인인 신념체계, 가족응집력, 가족자원, 의사소통과 가족건강성과의 관계에서는 높은 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 장애인 가족건강성에 영향을 미치는 변인은 가족응집력, 의사소통, 장애정도, 월수입으로 전체 변량의 약 43%를 설명하고 있었다.

This study aims to research the influence that family Stresses and family resilience have on family strengths of disability families. The subjects of this study were 153 disability families, in the Kyeongnam Area, Korea. All participants completed a questionnaire and the data were analyzed using SPSS. The major findings from the study as follows: 1) The significant variables of family Stresses were age in disability, age, marital, income level in disability Families and the significant variables of family resilience were age in disability, educational level, income level in disability Families, and the significant variables of family strengths were educational level in disability Families. 2) There was a close correlation between the family Stresses, belief systems, family cohesion, family resources, communication processes and family Strengths. 3) The factor with the influence was family cohesion, communication processes, disability level, income of disability family which explained 43% of variance.
