자세보조용구의 품질관리 체계 구축에 대한 연구

A Study on Establishing the Quality Control System of Special Molding Seat - Registration System and Follow-up Control -

최근 자세보조용구의 중요성이 강조되면서 공적, 민간 급여 및 지원이 증가하고 있는 추세이나, 자세보조용구의 기능성, 안전성 등을 관리할 수 있는 기준 및 기관이 존재하지 않아 품질관리가 미흡하고 이로 인한 소비자의 불만도 커지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 장애인보조기구 교부사업으로 지원되고 있는 자세보조용구에 대하여 업소등록제 및 사후관리를 실시함으로써 품질관리 체계를 구축하고자 하였다. 우선 관련 업소를 대상으로 자체 기준에 따라 등록제를 실시하였고, 그 정보를 각 지자체에 제공하여 교부사업에 활용토록 권고하였다. 그 후 장애인보조기구교부사업에 활용된 업소 및 제품 정보와 교부받은 사용자를 대상으로 사후관리(사용성평가, 업소방문평가, 품질 시험검사)를 실시하여 그 결과를 등록제에 반영하였다. 이러한 업소등록제 및 사후관리 실시는 공적급여체계 활성화에 도움이 될 수 있으며, 향후 전반적인 장애인보조기구의 품질관리체계를 마련하는데 기틀이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Recently as the importance of special molding seat is emphasized, aid in private enterprises and public organizations grows. However it is nonexistent standards and organizations to manage functionality and safety of special molding seat. As quality control of it is insufficient, Consumer complaints are growing. Therefore, we established the quality control system and improved customer satisfaction according to conduct registration system and follow-up control of special molding seat. First, we did the registration system targeting related businesses depending on the selection criteria. We provided this information for local governments that they utilize it in the Distribution Service of Assistive product. And then we performed satisfaction survey and usability test of distributed products. We expect to induce voluntary growth of related businesses and improve the satisfaction for disabled people according to supply good products for consumers.
