본 연구는 초등학교 특수학급 교사의 직무환경을 종합적으로 파악하고 그들의 교직헌신 및 교수효능감에 대한 다각적인 검토를 실시하여 직무환경과 교직헌신 및 교수효능감을 어떻게 인식하고 있으며 이러한 직무환경이 교직헌신과 교수효능감에 얼마나 많은 영향을 미치는가를 구체적으로 규명하고자 하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위하여 서울, 강원, 대전, 대구, 경북, 충북, 울산, 부산, 제주 지역의 초등학교 특수학급 교사 260명을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 연구는 설문법을 적용하여 하였는데, 초등학교 특수학급 교사의 직무환경 인식셜문지와 교직헌신 척도와 교수효능감 척도를 통해 얻어 진 자료를 가지고 기술통계와 상관분석 및 중다회귀분석을 적용하여 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻었다. 먼저, 초등학교 특수학급 교사들이 인식하는 직무환경은 대체적으로 인식의 정도가 낮게 나타났지만 교직헌신 및 교수효능감은 높았다 둘째, 초등학교 특수학급 교사의 직무환경이 교직헌신에 긍정적인 영향을 주는데 그들의 직무환경의 인식은 학생헌신과 수업헌신에 특히 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 초등학교 특수학급 교사의 직무환경 이 그들의 일반교수효능감과 개인교수효능감 모두에게 긍정적인 영향을 준다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of elementary school special class teachers' working environment on their commitment & efficacy to teaching. The subjects of this study included 260 elementary school special class teachers. The collected data were analyzed through the descriptive statical analysis and the multiple regression analysis using SPSS Ver 18.0 program. The results of the study were as follows. First, elementary school special class teachers overall perception of the working environment was low. Especially, their perceptions of the recognition environment and the welfare environment were low. Second, elementary school special class teachers perception of working environment and their commitment to teaching were relatively high. Particularly commitment for the special school students, classroom activities were perceived highly. 'Third, elementary school special class teachers perception of efficacy to teaching and their perception of working environment were relatively high. efficacy to teaching.
