The main purpose of this study is to investigate perceptional positioning of ADRs(alternative dispute resolutions) in order to develop some valuable positioning strategies for ADR organizations. This study has three research questions. First, how similar are the ADRs for ADR users? Second, what are the dimension to identify ADRs? Third, Where are ADRs on the perceptioning map. This study uses ALSCAL analysis in multiditrensional scaling method to find answers of the research questions. The results show that ADR users have high level of trust to litigation, arbitration, intercession and waiver of claim And ADR users think that consultation, intercession and waiver of claim has high cost-benefit to the other ADRs. As results of this study not only enrich theoretical knowledge about ADRs perception of ADR users, but also assist ADR operator organizations to develop valuable positioning strategies to proroote use of ADRs.
