개인특성과 사회지지가 어린이집 교사의 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향: 직무만족도와 업무스트레스를 매개로

The impact of personal characteristics and social support on the satisfaction with life among nursery school teachers: Mediating effects of job satisfaction and work stress.

본 연구는 어린이집에 근무하고 있는 교사의 삶의 만족도에 어떤 요인들이 영향을 미치는지를 탐색하고자 시도하였다. 이를 위해 어린이집에 근무하고 있는 여교사 477명을 대상으로 삶의 만족도에 영향을 주는 요인들 즉, 개인특성(교사효능감과 인생관), 사회지지요인, 업무환경요인(직무만족도와 업무스트레스)으로 범주화하여 이들 변인이 어린이집 교사의 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 삶의 만족도에 직접적인 영향을 주는 요인으로는 인생관, 사회지지 및 직무만족도이었다. 둘째, 교사효능감, 인생관 및 사회지지는 직무만족도를 통해 간접적으로 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 종합하면 어린이집 교사의 삶의 만족도에 인생관, 사회지지, 직무만족도는 직접적인 영향을 미치고, 교사효능감은 직무만족도를 통해 간접적으로 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to explore factors associated with satisfaction with life among nursery school teachers. For this purpose, data were collected from 477 female teachers who were working at nursery schools. The independent variables included in this study were personal characteristic factors(effectiveness and view of life), social support, and job environment factors (work stress and job satisfaction). The results of analysis were as follows; First, the factors that wee directly related with satisfaction with life were view of life, social support, and job satisfaction. Second, the factors that wee indirectly related with satisfaction with life were view of life, social support, and effectiveness. In conclusion, view of life, social support, and job satisfaction had direct influence on the satisfaction with life among nursery school teachers and effectiveness had an indirect influence via job satisfaction.
