The Actual Condition of the Foreign Criminals and Countermeasure

In Korea, there is growing trend of the foreign population and the foreign illegal immigrants. The characteristic of the foreigner crime is systematize, internationalize, and wider. The organized violence or gangsterism are formed in and around a concentration areas of the foreigner. In following the mass media, foreign laborer commit felony, we tried example analysis and confrontation. It was studied the type of felony is that murder, sexual violence, narcotics crimes, human trafficking, vishing, and organized crimes. Foreign organized crime groups play an active part in Korea, they showed criminal behavior such as violence and extortion with target to their native country's people, but recently korean are targeted from foreign organized crime groups. A foreign tourist or business stay in a temporary increase in the influx of foreign workers, as well as an increase in international marriages. All the agencies that related to foreigner’s crime act jointly, foreign close cooperation system. As increasing crime done by international crime organization, cooperation with foreign investigative agencies should be established, and regular law education targeting foreigners has not yet been in operation, but to maintain stable social order, regular law education for prevention of foreign crimes and damages is urgently required at the present time when Korea is being proceeded rapidly into immigration country.
