Legislative Policy Study on Problems and Improvement Plans in Establishing and Operating the Commission of Maintenance Projects Union Establishment

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study is to propose practical improvement legislations to prevent legal conflicts that occur along the Commission of Union Establishment phase. (2) RESEARCH METHOD The study was focused on review precedents' attitudes. Especially this study used to analyze the cases involved in the Commission of Union Establishment. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS In the results of this study, the most important problem is that the application right for union establishment lies in the Commission of Union Establishment. 2. RESULTS The study offers a solution for various problems showing up in the set-up process of Commission of Union Establishment.
